Email Support

If you are experiencing issues with your email, this page contains all the information you need to know to troubleshoot problems.

Step 1: Check your account

The first thing to do is to login to your webmail account to make sure your email is active on the server. If you can log in successfully, then you know that your email account is running normally. If you cannot login to webmail, then you need to contact our support team.

To login to webmail using your web browser, go to: mail.yourdomain.com.a (Replace yourdomain.com.au with your own domain name)

Step 2: Check your settings

If you are experiencing problems collecting your email when using your email client (e.g. Outlook, Windows Mail, Mac Mail) on your computer or mobile device, then you need to check your settings.

* If you want to sync your email on multiple devices, then you need to use our IMAP service.

Step 3: Further assistance
